Job summary

Midtown is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure our facilities run smoothly and provide a safe, clean environment for members, guests, and associates. You will identify and troubleshoot facility and fitness equipment issues, perform regular upkeep, and maintain preventative maintenance standards across club properties.

Qualified candidates have at least three years in facilities maintenance and knowledge of roofing, mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.

Qualifications

• Three years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of roofing, mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and/or painting.
• Functional knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot facility and fitness equipment issues daily.
• Provide regular upkeep and maintenance of club property.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities and follow preventative maintenance standards.
