Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components.
Complete light electrical work including fixtures, outlets, and minor wiring repairs.
Perform plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, clearing clogs, and replacing fixtures.
Maintain grounds through weed trimming and leaf removal.
Conduct pressure washing of buildings, sidewalks, and outdoor areas.
Execute preventative maintenance tasks and maintain service schedules.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.
