The position requires 4 years of trade-school level training, 5 years of institutional maintenance experience, and licensure such as Journeyman/EPA/Plumber where applicable. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Four years of skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling.
• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting in an engineering or maintenance discipline.
• Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties related to facility engineering and maintenance functions.
• Leads a group of workers on a project and trains others in advanced maintenance skills.
• Maintains logs, completes work orders and inspections; reviews work of outside vendors.
