Job summary

Jim Click Automotive Team in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our dealership environments safe, clean, and fully operational for customers and staff.

You’ll perform inspections, repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general systems, prioritize multiple tasks, and coordinate with vendors as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable work ethic are required.

Qualifications

• Previous facilities maintenance or general repair experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of dealership buildings and grounds.
• Complete general repairs including plumbing, electrical, lighting, and basic HVAC troubleshooting.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of service areas, showroom, and exterior spaces.
• Address work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain equipment such as lifts, compressors, and shop tools.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership procedures.
• Assist with facility improvements, projects, and preventative maintenance schedules.
