Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Washington to perform routine buildings and grounds maintenance, from painting and drywall to kitchen equipment repairs.

The role requires driving shuttles, safety-focused operations, and occasional landscaping, with a valid driver's license and 2+ years of related experience. The position emphasizes flexibility, basic computer skills (Excel, Word), and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Valid State driver's license with endorsements.
• At least 2 years of facility maintenance or carpentry experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to speak, read, write in English.
• Class D Driver's License with insurable driving record, preferred CDL.
• Possess or obtain a Special Engineer Boiler License.

Responsibilities

• Driving shuttles and adhering to time schedules while ensuring passenger safety.
• Assist passengers entering/exiting vehicles and with luggage.
• Ensure safety and security of passengers and goods during transport.
• Test vehicle equipment for proper operation before shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and boats.
• Paint and stain interior/exterior of buildings.
• Repair walls and flooring damage.
• Woodworking tasks as required.
• Form and pour concrete for small slabs/footings.
• Replace and fix plumbing fixtures.
• Record detailed logs using Maintenance Management Software.
• Perform weekly preventive maintenance inspections of facility assets.
• Assist with facility recycling program.
• Occasionally assist with landscaping, mowing, snow removal, plowing.
• Perform minor repairs on kitchen and HVAC equipment.
• Occasionally perform custodial tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by the Facility Maintenance Supervisor.
