Job summary

San Pablo Lytton Casino of the Lytton Rancheria is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker to perform a broad range of routine and semiskilled upkeep across our city facilities, equipment, and grounds. You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues and carry out carpentry, painting, and cleaning tasks as needed.

This role requires operating various tools and vehicles, maintaining grounds, and providing reliable guest-focused service.

Qualifications

Strong guest service skills for interacting with guests when addressing maintenance issues.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools; operate facility vehicles.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Lytton Tribal Gaming Commission gaming license.

Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and plumbing problems.
Complete work including carpet repair, painting, furniture repair, and kitchen repair.
Pressure wash parking lot walkways and buildings.
Re-lamp throughout property as necessary.
Perform general maintenance duties: carpentry, plumbing and mechanical.
Operate hand and power tools, steam cleaning and carpet cleaning equipment.
Set-up for banquets, landscaping and office moves as necessary.
Maintain grounds, including parking lot and landscape areas.
Requires a valid driver license to operate cleaning and maintenance vehicles.
Must be able to operate scissor lift, forklift and be certified in those devices.
Duties may include routine plumbing repairs, minor carpentry, HVAC maintenance, roof repairs, and other miscellaneous tasks; more skilled work under supervision.
