Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting).
• Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Select tools and techniques to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow local safety regulations.
• Report hazardous conditions or unserviceable equipment to supervisor.
• Take periodic inventory of maintenance tools and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Work independently when required and manage time effectively.
