Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to the facility and equipment, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems.
• Performs preventive maintenance such as filter changes and motor lubrication.
• Meets and coordinates with contracted vendors.
• As needed, performs housekeeping duties in common areas, hallways, stairwells, and grounds.
• Snow removal and landscaping as needed.
• Maintains the work order system and fully documents all work in Hot SoS.
