Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to the facility and equipment, including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and carpentry.
• Performs troubleshooting and diagnoses problems.
• Performs preventative maintenance duties including filter changes and lubrication of motors.
• Meets and coordinates with contracted vendors.
• Assists with housekeeping in common areas and grounds as needed.
• Snow removal and landscaping as needed.
• Maintains the work order system and fully documents all work.
