Job summary

Chamberlain Group in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Technician Facilities Maintenance to perform hands-on upkeep of loading dock equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain safety systems, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines; on-site attendance and weekend/off-shift hours required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
5-7 years of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and drywall experience.
2-5 years of preventive maintenance experience.
2-5 years of general building maintenance experience.
Electric forklift and scissor lift experience.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on loading dock equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building systems.
Repair and replace warehouse infrastructure such as racking and decking; maintain safety systems and fire suppression.
Conduct regular onsite inspections and coordinate with management/contractors to address needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.
Attend on-site as scheduled and support weekend/off-shift hours as needed.
