Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a maintenance/custodial professional to keep facilities clean, safe, and orderly. The role involves inspecting spaces, prioritizing tasks, and performing basic carpentry and equipment setup for meetings and events.

The candidate should have at least three years of custodial/maintenance experience, be familiar with cleaning chemicals, and possess basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of custodial/maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, grounds keeping, and appliance repair.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand labels and instructions on cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building and other structures to determine functional systems and defect malfunctions.
• Coordinate work projects and establish priorities.
• Perform basic carpentry repair of structures such as partitions, walls, doors, window frames, office furniture, shelves, etc.
