Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Complete painting, drywall patching, and facility touch-ups.

• Replace lighting, ceiling tiles, and basic hardware.
• Perform minor plumbing and basic electrical repairs (within experience level).
• Install signage, shelving, and other facility improvements.
• Maintain dealership grounds including mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, service lanes, and exterior areas.
• Help keep the dealership clean, safe, and well-maintained.
