Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Building/Facility Maintenance Worker to join our maintenance team.

You will perform maintenance tasks, submit documentation, and coordinate with supervisory staff to ensure timely completion and safe conditions. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years’ experience working in the construction or home improvement industry preferred;
• Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical skills, some basic computer skills, trade or vocational training, RRP qualified, knowledge of building codes and OSHA training a plus
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform Maintenance tasks
• Submit required documentation to office personnel
• Ensure timely completion of tasks
• Follow up with staff and consumers when necessary
• Maintain safe working conditions
• Coordinate activities with supervisory staff
• Supply and maintain your own basic hand tools
