Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion
• Perform preventive maintenance of facility equipment
• Clean and maintain the facility
• Check and respond to security and safety issues
• Coordinate deliveries from vendors and suppliers
• Keep documents of inspections and problems
• Keep an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
• Other duties as assigned
