GMPs and food safety knowledge required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Experience in light construction or facilities maintenance.
Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Install, replace, and repair fixtures, equipment, and building components.
Perform painting, carpentry, tile repair and cement work as needed.
Keep sidewalks and walkways clear of snow during winter.
Order and maintain parts inventories.
Follow GMPs and safety policies to ensure food safety and quality.
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Must lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize.
