You will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment and support moves, event setup, and ongoing operations. A high school diploma and basic hand-tool knowledge are required, with reliability and a customer-service mindset valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of multiple office buildings and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and conference rooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, empty trash, and restock supplies.
• Perform basic facility maintenance, including replacing light bulbs and minor repairs.
• Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and event setup/teardown.
• Monitor building conditions and report maintenance needs.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and basic hand tools.
