Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep client-serving facilities safe, reliable, and welcoming. You’ll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.

You’ll complete and document work orders, conduct routine inspections, address safety issues, and support minor remodels and room setups.
