Job summary

Calusa Country Club Master Association in Bradenton, FL seeks a Maintenance Technician for full-time, on-site work within a hospitality-focused property operated by Troon.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, maintain records, and coordinate with vendors to keep facilities safe and functional. Valid driver’s license required; 3+ years maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, irrigation, and mechanical systems.
• Identify maintenance needs and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Coordinate repairs and services with outside vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with facility improvement and capital projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
