Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous forklift and scissor lift experience/certification a plus.
• Previous experience working in a cGMP environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and assures the proper function of the facility and its systems.
• Performs all minor maintenance tasks.
• Assists in establishing routine preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinates service with outside vendors as needed.
• Manages and completes all internal work requests.
• Inspects and repairs equipment and systems.
• Keeps accurate records related to repairs and cleaning schedules.
• Performs preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Helps production teams and operators during equipment malfunctions.
• Operates within a cGMP regulated environment.
