Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our healthcare and social service facilities safe, reliable, and welcoming.

This on-site role performs preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, including basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds, troubleshooting issues and completing work orders to support inspections and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Experience coordinating vendors and ensuring safety and compliance.
