Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our healthcare and social service facilities safe, reliable, and welcoming. In this on-site role, you’ll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, including basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds.

You’ll troubleshoot issues, complete work orders, support inspections, and coordinate vendors to ensure compliance, safety, and comfort for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventative and corrective building maintenance.
• Ability to read work orders and follow safety protocols.
• Comfort working in a faith-inspired nonprofit environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds).
