• Experience in carpentry, roofing, shoring, painting, sewers, and plumbing.
• Operates maintenance and construction tools safely and effectively.
• Analyzes and plans work, follows current plumbing codes and safety guidelines.
• Maintains and renovates wood structures and existing buildings.
