Job summary

Odyssey House Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role supports maintenance, repairs, and renovations across HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, and grounds to keep facilities in top condition.

The position reports to the Director of Facilities and is non-exempt. It offers a comprehensive benefits package, tuition eligibility, paid training, monthly incentives, health insurance, and an on-demand pay option.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs, plumbing, HVAC, yard and building maintenance.
• Experience in construction and electrical work.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver on ladders and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance, upkeep, and renovations including HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and refuse removal.
• Assist in building code inspections and licensure compliance, including City, County, and State Fire and Health inspections and Joint Commission.
• All grounds maintenance, upkeep, and services.
• Reports to Director of Facilities. This position is non-exempt.
