Barnhart is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure to support daily operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and minor construction across the facility.

Responsibilities include electrical work, HVAC and plumbing troubleshooting, waste management coordination, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. A team-focused, safety-first culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic electrical knowledge for facility issues.
• Ability to read measurements, weights & perform basic math.
• Basic computer skills and maintenance tracking systems familiarity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
• Complete minor construction, renovation, and repair projects throughout the facility.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical components including lighting, outlets, switches, and motors.
• Monitor and coordinate waste management services and outside vendors.
• Serve as the point of contact for facility systems including fire protection, security, and access control.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, wash bay, and gate systems.
• Support vendor site visits and ensure work is completed safely and effectively.
• Operate equipment including forklifts, manlifts, sweepers, and grounds maintenance equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support facility operations and perform other duties as assigned.
