Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Excellent communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion in coordination with systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Use defined procedures to solve straightforward problems with clear communication.
• Contribute to team outcomes by following defined duties and processes under supervision.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures.
