You’ll handle routine maintenance, respond to requests, and tackle everyday repairs. Training and licensing are provided for aerial lift and forklift work as needed.

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance for restrooms, eyewash stations, and ice/water dispensers.
• Respond to radio calls for maintenance and facility assistance.
• Complete minor drywall repairs, painting, lamp replacement, and other general handyman tasks.
• Retrieve and enter work orders in a computer system.
• Work from ladders and potentially operate aerial lifts and forklifts after training and licensing.
• Help with miscellaneous projects and support your teammates.
