Job summary

IHA is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee day-to-day maintenance and scheduled preventive maintenance for assigned buildings in the Ann Arbor area. You will ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roof systems are maintained and that tenant work orders are addressed promptly, while upholding safety and environmental standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 3–5 years of related experience, with a rotating shift and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• 3–5 years' experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scheduling and completion of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roof preventative maintenance.
• Respond to tenant work orders and complaints promptly (electrical, lighting, general maintenance).
• Coordinate inspections and testing of fire protection systems and equipment.
