Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00The Facilities Maintenance Technicians an entry level position where the skills listed below will be enhanced or trained to the accepted level. A successful candidate will be a self starter, be able ability to work independently with little supervision, and have a proven ability to communicate effectively. **Qualifications:*** Basic experience in preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures* Basic experience in the repair of floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, asphalt and concrete surfaces* Basic experience in industrial electro-mechanical systems, plumbing lighting and ventilation* Ability to operate commercial landscaping tools and snow removal equipment safely* Competent in MS Office platforms and other computerized maintenance management programs* High school diploma or equivalent.
