Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician at our MotorWorld location in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The position offers an hourly rate of $15.00 to $18.00 and opportunities to learn in a supportive, 24/7 environment.

The technician will perform basic maintenance tasks, communicate effectively, and work independently with limited supervision, gaining experience in industrial electro-mechanical systems and building repair.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; skills will be enhanced or trained to an accepted level.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic experience in preventative maintenance routines and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, procedures and expectations.
• Promote and practice good housekeeping.
• Flexibility with 24/7 operational schedule.
• Be self-motivated with a high bar on quality.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Assist peer technicians in electro-mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs.
• Assist peer technicians in building structure repairs.
• Utilize computer data entry, email, and internet research.

Job Description MileOne Autogroup is now hiring a full time Facilities Maintenance Technician at our MotorWorld location in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00

The Facilities Maintenance Technicians an entry level position where the skills listed below will be enhanced or trained to the accepted level. A successful candidate will be a self starter, be able ability to work independently with little supervision, and have a proven ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures
• Basic experience in the repair of floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, asphalt and concrete surfaces
• Basic experience in industrial electro-mechanical systems, plumbing lighting and ventilation
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping tools and snow removal equipment safely
• Competent in MS Office platforms and other computerized maintenance management programs
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities Will Include:
