MileOne Autogroup is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician at our MotorWorld location in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The position requires basic experience in preventive maintenance, building repair, electro-mechanical systems, and MS Office/CMMS proficiency.

Compensation is $15.00–$18.00 per hour with a self-motivated, safety-focused candidate base. This entry-level role emphasizes hands-on training, independent work, and reliable communication in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures.
• Basic experience in the repair of floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, asphalt and concrete surfaces.
• Basic experience in industrial electro-mechanical systems, plumbing lighting and ventilation.
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping tools and snow removal equipment safely.
• Competent in MS Office platforms and other computerized maintenance management programs.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Clean DMV record.

The Facilities Maintenance Technicians an entry level position where the skills listed below will be enhanced or trained to the accepted level. A successful candidate will be a self starter, be able ability to work independently with little supervision, and have a proven ability to communicate effectively.

Physical Demands:

• Repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, walking and driving
• Lifting parts and tools weighing up to 50 pounds
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, foot and motions. Repetitive flexion and rotation
• Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces
