Job summary

Blackridge Fleet Center is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations in Utah. You will assist with space planning, coordinate services, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork within a value-driven culture. The ideal candidate will be 18+, possess a valid Utah driver’s license with a clean record, and demonstrate a positive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• A valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information whether electronic or paper-based.
• Be able to accommodate the physical requirements of the role: standing 6-8 hours per day and exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and various materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with coordination of building space allocation and layout, communications services, and facility expansion.
• Perform preventive maintenance of facility equipment.
• Clean and maintain the facility.
• Check and respond to security and safety issues.
• Coordinate deliveries from vendors and suppliers.
• Keep documents of inspections and problems.
• Keep an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
