This role requires hands‑on expertise in facilities maintenance, construction, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. The ideal candidate is a skilled tradesperson with a strong work ethic, problem‑solving ability, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Facilities Maintenance

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Inspect and repair facility infrastructure including walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with in-house construction projects including framing, drywall, and finish work.

Electrical Systems
