Facilities Maintenance Technician
Willow Creek Country Club – Sandy, UT
Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) – Must be flexible with scheduling, including Saturdays and Sundays

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our club’s facilities in top condition. The ideal candidate will be experienced in general maintenance work, proactive, and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment for members, guests, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in areas including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, and painting
• Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Assist with seasonal facility upkeep, snow removal, and landscaping support as needed
• Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Perform occasional janitorial and cleaning tasks — no job should be considered beneath you
• Work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure club operations run smoothly
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety standards and protocols

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in facility maintenance or related trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Flexibility in schedule — availability on weekends is required
• Must hold a valid EPA certification (or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of employment)
• Willingness to assist with janitorial tasks and pitch in wherever needed
• Professional attitude, team-oriented, and a willingness to learn new skills
