Job summary

Linde plc in Town of Tonawanda, NY, is hiring a maintenance worker to perform preventative and general maintenance, assist with minor repairs to building and mechanical systems, and handle general cleaning and light duties on site.

You will replace lightbulbs, assist with restroom and airduct cleaning, support tenant improvement projects, and assist with snow removal while ensuring safe operations and timely work requests fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and general maintenance and may assist with minor repairs to building and mechanical operating systems.
• Cleaning of general areas, lavatories, stairwells, and airducts.
• Replace lightbulbs/tubes and ceiling tiles as needed.
• Perform restroom plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• May assist in tenant improvement construction projects.
• Accept and make package deliveries as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Responsible for work requests
