Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of relevant building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to program sites and residents' homes, including painting, masonry, woodwork, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Relocate offices and/or residents as required; assist with moving furniture and restoring sites for new residents.
• Troubleshoot sites for maintenance and safety issues and suggest improvements to management.
• Assist in acquiring vendor bids with supervision from Facilities Supervisor and Operations Director.
• Follow safety protocols and enforce policies when temporary workers are on site.
