F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our Facilities team in Charlotte, NC.

The role focuses on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facilities support, ensuring safe and reliable operations across offices. You will assist with rearranging furniture, performing janitorial duties, and helping maintain building infrastructure while upholding safety and quality standards, reporting to the Regional Supervisor of Facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• General knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, HVAC basics and use of basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical infrastructures and services, by changing lights and ballasts, replacing defective switches or outlets, per codes and safety regulations.
• Move furniture and equipment safely as needed.
• Clean offices, elevators, grounds and parking areas on schedule.
• Maintain plumbing systems and install components per codes and safety regulations.
• Provide carpentry services like hanging items and door hardware.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
