You will perform routine maintenance tasks (light plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs), respond to requests, conduct daily rounds, keep work areas clean, and collaborate with other departments, while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: light plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
• Respond to resident and staff requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct daily rounds to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, attending training and workshops as needed
