**Pay rates for Union positions are set in the Collective Bargaining Agreement with SEIU Local 521. Each position has six steps, from Step 1 (entry level) to Step 6 (15 years of employment). Union staff are promoted from Step 1 to Step 2 upon their one-year anniversary. The current Step 1 rate is $28.09/hr, and the Step 6 rate is $31.01/hr.
We offer a competitive benefits package for 30 to 40-hour week positions, including a defined contribution of up to $14,580 annually (prorated for part-time) to purchase benefits via a cafeteria plan. Unused contributions are paid as taxable earnings.
