Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our client sites running safely and smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for routine upkeep and repair, ensuring reliable operation of our buildings.

In this full-time role, you’ll perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support preventative maintenance. Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ years in maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of commercial or facilities maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repairing minor plumbing (toilets, sinks) and electrical tasks (breakers, lighting, and ballasts).
• Assisting with preventative maintenance duties like replacing HVAC filters, changing belts, and fixing doors or walls.
• Handling basic building carpentry, prepping, painting, and reviewing daily work orders.
• Safely managing daily tasks using the proper tools, company vehicle, and PPE.

• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Subject to change; includes on-call rotations for emergency maintenance)
