Evolving Solution Services is seeking a maintenance/janitorial worker in the Pittsburgh area to perform a range of cleaning and groundskeeping duties. The role involves interior cleaning, waste disposal, and stocking supplies, with attention to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, mowing, snow shoveling, light repairs, and inventory management while ensuring outdoor areas are well maintained in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance or janitorial work.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Mops and scrubs floors, dusts furniture, cleans elevators, restrooms, disposes of wastepaper.
• Cuts grass, shovels snow, sweeps and cleans walks, keeps outside premises in order.
• Replaces light bulbs and makes minor repairs in and around the facility grounds.
• Moves furniture and equipment; receives supplies and delivers to the facility.
• Keeps inventory of cleaning supplies and places orders.
