The Union League Golf Club at Torresdale in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and presentation of our premier private club facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and first‑class environment for members.

You will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and other systems, diagnose and repair equipment, and support lighting, sound and event‑related needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of facilities, commercial property, or hospitality maintenance experience.
• Competency in carpentry, painting and general construction.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Job Description

Seeking a skilled and service‑oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and appearance of our premier private club facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, responding to service needs, and ensuring our members experience a safe, comfortable, and first‑class environment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
