Position: Maintenance Tech

Salary/Hourly: Hourly/Full-time $18-$23 based on experience & skills

Summary of Position:

This position assists our internal departments with service calls and manages the upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities include inspecting properties, identifying needs, and performing scheduled preventive maintenance such as replacing bulbs and air filters.

Qualifications:

• Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends
• Minimum 18 years old
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Physical Requirements:

• Good physical condition for lifting and moving objects
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 20’
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, and stoop frequently
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• On-site work required in all weather conditions
