Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus one year of maintenance experience.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
• Must pass FBI background check.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance methods.
• Knowledge of minor repair techniques.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment.
• Ability to safely paint and determine areas to paint.

Responsibilities

• Interior cleaning, carpet shampooing, floors, lamps, furniture, and restrooms.
• Exterior maintenance including raking, mowing, and snow removal.
• Maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings.
• Move office furniture and equipment as directed.
• Assume duties of housekeeping staff in their absence.
• Monitor and remove garbage, recycling and refuse.
• Maintain documentation and comply with safety standards.
