Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience not required but must have working knowledge of hand and electrical tools.
• On the job training is provided.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to push/lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, and crouching as the job may require.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, and paints.
• Position will service multiple locations.
• This is a full-time position. Work week may be up to and exceed 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parking lot striping, bollard, curb and fuel island painting.
• Ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Maintain and work on plumbing as well as electrical items such as outlets and light switches.
• Keeps building ready for use by handling basic repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Repair & maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will report to the Facilities and Maintenance Director. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing the company’s facility operations, managing office moves, and other janitorial duties. Performs general cleaning, upkeep, and tasks as assigned. Upholds store operations by maintaining and repairing all equipment as necessary and are involved with new store development needs and landscape work. This position is a Gas Express, LLC - Circle K Atlanta designated safety sensitive position.

SOME FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
