Job summary

ABM US is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to support Mercury Marine facilities in Fond du Lac. Under supervision from the Mercury Project Manager and ABM Supervisor, you will perform general maintenance and respond to work orders across Wisconsin plants.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on access control equipment, safety inspections, and use of various tools, as well as snow removal and occasional plumbing support.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Operate a forklift/pallet jack.
• Maintain building efficiencies using CMMS and maintenance knowledge.
• Understand safety procedures and adhere to them under deadlines.
• Able to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders using Mercury's CMMS.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on campus access control equipment (entrances, gates, exits).
• Inspects systems including elevators, fire extinguishers, and pressure vessels.
• Operates maintenance tools and forklift/pallet jack; may run PIT equipment.
• Performs snow removal with plow vehicles and equipment.
• Assists with minor plumbing work orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Mercury Project Manager or ABM Supervisor.

6A to 2P Monday to Friday

Under the general supervision of the Mercury Project Manager and the ABM Facilities Supervisor, the ABM Facilities Maintenance position performing general maintenance for Mercury Marine at the Fond du Lac campus plants and associated Wisconsin plants.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Completes work orders utilizing Mercury's computer maintenance management systems.
• performs preventative maintenance and repairs to campus access control equipment which include entrance turnstiles, access gates and emergency exits.
• Perform required inspections of systems that include elevators, fire extinguishers, and pressure vessel systems.
• Operate a variety of maintenance equipment including drills and a variety of hand and power tools; operate a forklift and powered industrial truck (PIT).
• Performs snow removal duties using plow vehicles and equipment.
• Assist with minor plumbing work orders.
• Performs other job-related duties assigned by Mercury Project Manager or ABM Supervisor.

Job Requirements
