Job summary

New Communities is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Pinewood Terrace to support a safe, comfortable environment for residents. You will perform routine maintenance, care for grounds, and coordinate vendor projects to ensure a well-kept living space.

This part-time position offers 25 hours per week (Mon–Fri) at $21.00–$23.00 per hour, with benefits including dental/vision, PTO, and a 403(b) with company match. Prior maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in maintenance, construction or related facility operations.
• Active driver’s license is required.

The Facilities Maintenance role:

As a Facility Maintenance Technician at Pinewood Terrace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our senior residents. Your responsibilities will include performing routine general maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the facility grounds and coordinating vendor projects.
