Lakeside Association is seeking a Maintenance Worker (Full Time) to maintain and improve the association’s facilities. You will report to the Director of Municipal Services and perform carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs, manage inventory, and operate building equipment as needed.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, performing drywall and painting, setting up rooms for events, clearing snow and plowing, and keeping maintenance vehicles in good condition.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Must be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsabilités

• Receives orders from VP of Municipal Services and follows standard procedures.
• Performs carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
• Maintains electrical inventory and repairs HVAC components as needed.
• Performs drywall, plastering and painting touch-ups.
• Sets up and tears down chairs, tables and equipment for events.
• Clears snow, plows streets and applies salt; maintains grounds.
• Reports work to supervisor and ensures maintenance vehicles are serviced.
