Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Knowledge of jumper, drive, sweep and electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to communicate issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Manager in maintenance and repair of unit operations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings and equipment; repair as needed.
• Respond to emergency facility needs and safety/security issues.
• Lock and secure buildings; monitor and reset security systems.
• Assist with inventory and security of supplies for maintenance.
• Maintain safe facility environment and report safety concerns.
