A family-owned fire apparatus manufacturer in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance of its facilities. Responsibilities include building maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on equipment and grounds. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma alongside technical training and 5-7 years of maintenance experience. Qualifications

Job Description

BME Fire Trucks is seeking Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings.

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician your responsibilities will include:

• Building maintenance and repairs. The current campus is 12 structures and 48 acres.
• Function and electrical testing, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical parts, and general carpentry.
• Working with Engineering and staff to help identify the best location for new and used equipment installation.
• Preventive maintenance activities on facilities, equipment, and grounds. (Building repair, plumbing, and HVAC)
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements
