About the Position:

Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus (BMFA) is looking for a dedicated Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This role involves performing service and repairs on diesel engines and fire trucks. The Diesel Mechanic will receive order assignments from Operations Control, identify mechanical and operating defects in vehicles and equipment, and report these defects to a supervisor for corrective action. Adherence to company and industry safety standards is essential. A successful candidate will be a hard worker who embraces the BMFA culture.

Candidates with an automotive technical background are encouraged to apply. Experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagnostics is a significant plus.

Job Details:
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 40 per week
  • Schedule: 10-hour shift (4 days/week)
  • Work Location: On-site
Responsibilities:
